All new positions are advertised internally prior to consideration of external candidates. Our client is currently recruiting for Telesales Agents for their busy outbound sales teams. You will be working on behalf of two highly recognisable and established UK companies selling their products and services. Our client will provide you with high quality telephone sales leads using their vast database. As an Outbound consultant you will make outbound calls to potential customers daily. Full time permanent contract Excellent salary + Uncapped Commission 500+ Free online courses available to employees Excellent career progression opportunities Free Parking Subsidised Restaurant Telesales Agents Requirements: Job Purpose: The Telesales Agent will be responsible for developing sales and achieving monthly targets by analysing the needs and meeting the requirements of new and existing customers. Main Areas of Responsibility: · Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis · Project a professional and customer focused impression of company · Identify and maximise on opportunities to cross sell additional products and services to existing customers · Handle objections effectively and professionally · Ensure that feedback is relayed to Supervisor should any of the standards or procedures require change due to system or business requirements · Ability to develop opportunities and move them to a successful closed sales opportunity · Daily activity success against company key performance indicators · Meet the agreed standard levels of quality · Fluency in English · Ideally a minimum of 3 months telesales or customer service experience in a call centre environment · Excellent work ethic and friendly phone manner essential · Strong PC skills - MS office/data entry experience To be successful you will be able to convert calls into sales using your influencing and communication skills as well as your knowledge of our products and services.
